Cigar Attributes
Trinidad cigars have always defined the richest, boldest flavor you could find in a luxury cigar. In this blend, extra dark, select USA/Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro wrappers surround an Indonesian-seed binder and a robust core of Nicaraguan, Dominican & Peruvian long-fillers, making the Trinidad Toro 5 Pack even more flavorful. If you already enjoy the natural Trinidad cigars, the Maduros will treat your taste buds to new heights of multidimensional flavor.

User reviewsAverage user ratingLike almost every other cigar, this one needs time-Full Review-I purchased a 5-Pack of these Trinidad Toros back in late July 2009, roughly 10 months ago.I smoked the first two within a month of getting them, I have to say they definitely tasted 'green' and one-dimensional. Their physical characteristics were impeccable, however. The draw, construction, and burn were always top notch from the moment I received them.Fast forward 6 months of humidor time and the taste is improving. The toros no longer have one flavor, but instead carry a little sweetness with leather, roasted almonds, and a very slight hint of dark chocolate. At this point, I decide that the last two will get some more time and see where things go.Now after 8 months of humidor time the cigar is becoming a favorite of mine. I light up the fourth Trinidad of the five pack and the taste is much like before, just more pronounced, smooth, and rich. There is more sweetness to the smoke, and the wrapper begins to glisten with oils that make it smell like caramel and coffee, an absolutely decadent aromatic smell. Flavor-wise, more dark chocolate is pronounced with leather thrown in every now and then. There is less and less spice as these cigars age. Something I have grown to love about aged cigars. Roasted nuts, coffee, and molasses become introduced midway and it finishes without any harshness. Dare I say I even got a damn good buzz off this one.Now the last Toro I smoked last night, and it was a dream come true. I recommend all owners of these Trinidad Toro's age their cigars at least 10 months, for this last stick I had blew my mind for a non-Cuban cigar. Upon lighting, the fragrance of the smoke was amazing and I knew I was in for a treat. Every flavor I have mentioned before was present, but more discernible and distinct. There is little spice and absolutely no harshness. This cigar blends into an amazing treat with time.Trust me fellas, give this Trinidad at least 10 months and you will be in a for a cigar of a lifetime. This has become my favorite every day smokeThis is with out a doubt a fantastic smoke, whether it is the EMS or Maduro you can't beat the consistancy and quality. I absolutely never leave home with out a couple of sticks in my Herf-a-dor. Light up gents you won't go wrong. For those who KNOW a great smokeGreat aroma, wonderful draw, delightful taste. Of course, it helps if you have any concept of what a fabulous smoke is supposed to be. Unlike the posers who have posted here... The worst cigar i've ever smoked.Nothing to describe. It's a shame these aren't quality controlled. These Maduro toros have a pleasant taste for a mild - medium cigar. Though not a very complex taste, it did manage to stay civil all the way to the band. The burn was so uneven that I had to constantly relight @ different sides to compensate. If the quality was controlled better I might consider buying a few more. Everything you could possibly want in a cigar. The woody aroma of the Trinidad Toro is mesmerizing. Great taste for the entire smoke. Easy draw that produces an abundance smoke. This cigar is definitely one of my favorites.
