The Carinos Maduro Robusto cigar from Famous Smoke Shop are a real treat! I have reviewed a lot of cigars lately and this one really stands out from the rest. The wrapper is silky and oily; it is a nice chocolate brown; the cigar is firm and well packed; the head is flat and cuts cleanly.It is fragrant with aromas of cocoa and well aged tobacco, sweet and enticing.There is a nice taste of caramel, mature tobacco and earth on the cold draw.

The first third offers caramel and black pepper,fine leather and toasted oak flavors; the aroma is of mature tobacco, light cedar and ginger, smooth and complex. This is a very tasty smoke! Cocoa and leather blend in the second half, there is a light saltiness, and a lingering sweet-dry finish that coats the palate.There are notes of caramel and oakiness,very rich but not harsh,delightful! This cigar keeps your attention easily.

The final third is very bold and rich,leathery and chocolatey; firm tobacco flavors, cocoa with caramel notes.The light saltiness comes and goes, altogether a broad and complex blend of flavors that I find totally delicious and satisfying. I burned this cigar to the nub!

This is a surprising cigar; not only is it complex but very well integrated.The burn is excellent, the ash is firm and hangs on well.

You should get some of these before the price goes up,they are a super deal for the money. I highly recommend them. Smoke some now and age the rest; this will be something special in a few months. A fabulous offering from Famous!!
