Wood-burning pizza - smoking ban violation???

NORWOOD, OH - After a customer complaint, a restaurant in Norwood received a warning letter from the state for possibly being in violation of Ohio's new smoking ban. Although he hasn't allowed smoking since he opened the restaurant, owner Will Deluca has acknowledged making pizzas with a wood-burning stove which in turn creates smoke. A possible $2500 fine is serious cause for concern on Will's part. Read more from Ohio
