CINCINNATI, OH - A statewide smoking ban in Ohio will take effect December 7, 2006, but there are still areas which are unclear to those who are expected to adhere to it. In particular, stadiums. Although smoking will be prohibited indoors, it is not known whether the presently designated smoking areas will be off-limits as well.
