Smoking Ban Infringes on Freedom of Choice

Smoking ban supporters have determined us to be so incapable of personal choice and decision that we have abdicated to "government" the role of making personal decisions for us.

Lengthy arguments have been presented for years by both sides of the smoking issue on matters of personal health, health-care costs, economics, business sustainability and so on.

What has been ignored in the argument is the upholding of freedom of choice and individual decision. In the past, "Big Tobacco" has been held accountable for its lies with lawsuits. I think it is time that supporters of the ban, such as Breathe Free Wisconsin, be held accountable.
