Smoking ban debate draws a crowd

ONALASKA, WI - More residents opposed to a proposed smoking ban presented themselves to be heard in debate than did those in favor of the ban. Both sides were heard before the Onalaska Common Council. Many of the concerns that were voiced mimic those which have been noted across the nation such as loss of business to neighboring towns that do not impose such strict legislation.
