WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Speaker's Lobby, a popular spot for lawmakers to relax with a smoke between sessions and/or votes, may fall victim to the up and coming smoking ban. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is considering banning the section of the Capitol where it is commonplace to see House members puffing away on their smoke of choice. A statewide ban goes into effect on January 2, 2007.
