PITTSBURGH, PA - Two business owners who filed suit against Allegheny County to fight the implementation of its smoking ban, will be receiving a big lift financially from a major tobacco company. In an effort to lend a hand in the fight against anti-smoking legislation, R.J. Reynolds has agreed to finance the legal services involved in the case. Seen as a government imposition by the businesss owners, this case is sure to receive plenty of attention now that the little guys have "big tobacco" in their corner.
