PITTSBURGH, PA - Areas previously considered safe quarters for smokers on the grounds of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center facilities will be dismantled and new grounds will need to be found if their desire is to light up. The decision to ban smoking from all outdoor areas has been made by the region's top health care organization. Ultimately, this includes up to 80 locations including doctors' offices and clinics.
