One of the nation's toughest smoking bans gets approval

BELMONT, CA - Officials have given the final go-ahead to a smoking ban which has been a hot topic for quite some time due to its strict parameters. Thought of as one of the toughest bans currently in debate, this legislation forbids smoking in apartments and condominiums (though enforcement of this particular facet isn't expected to begin for some time).
