Ohio high court to hear challenge to smoking ban

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP)

The Ohio Supreme Court has agreeBloomberg Businessweek logod to hear a challenge brought by a bar owner against the state's ban against smoking in workplaces.

Court spokesman Bret Crow said Wednesday that justices agreed to hear an appeal from the owner of a bar who argues the law approved by voters more than four years ago is unconstitutional. The Columbus bar was cited for violations and fined $33,000.
