Minnesota university will become smoke-free indoors and outdoors

DULUTH, MN - Beginning September 1st, most of the University of Minnesota Duluth will become smoke-free. An exception is being made for students living in residence halls, who are currently bound by contracts allowing smoking within a given distance of ventilation and open windows, etc. However, beginning in May, this exception will be no more.
