MINNESOTA - There is one exception to the bill dubbed "Freedome to Breathe" which has now been approved by the Minnesota House. All bars, restaurants, and placed of employment are banned from smoking, but if there is a separate ventilated area, patrons will be allowed to take advantage and light up as usual.
