Local Bar Sued Over Smoking Ban

MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, Ohio - For the first time, a Cuyahoga County bar is being taken to court in connection with Ohio's smoking ban.

According to a lawsuit filed by the Ohio Attorney General's office, the Suburban Inn on Bagley Road in Middleburg Heights has been violating the state's workplace smoking ban ever since it went into effect three years ago. Story continues here with video
