Lawsuit filed against the city of Anchorage

ANCHORAGE, AK - A group calling itself Stomp the Ban is suing the city of Anchorage for issues related to the smoking ban which will be extended to bingo halls, bars and other public locations beginning July 1st. The group is citing "government infringement" and has received enough signatures in favor of their cause, to present the issue on ballot and let voters decide. Read more from Alaska
