Lack of enforcement causes smoking ban confusion in Ohio

OHIO - Since voters approved a workplace smoking ban, there has been no enforcement which has caused many businesses to simply ignore the ban altogether. Without enforcement, one business owner who ignores the ban has an advantage on the next which is exactly what has happened in Ohio. Enforcement will not begin for some time, so the Ohio Department of Health can expect to receive more than the 16,000 complaints already filed. Read more from Ohio
