Lack of approval from advocates on both sides of Louisville's proposed ban

LOUISVILLE, KY - After hearing disapproval from all parties involved, the suggested revision to the proposed smoking ban still lies in limbo. Council member Rick Blackwell suggested exemptions be allowed for businesses, including bars, who install pricey ventilations systems for independent smoking rooms. After hearing of the negative feedback his idea received, Blackwell responded,"Hmmm, I was just going for a common-sense solution, and I thought this was it." So for now, the debate continues.
