Nebraskans didn't spend quite as much money picking numbers for keno games last fiscal year.
And there's differing opinions on what happened.
It's the recession.
It's the statewide smoking ban.
It's human nature.
Customers wagered $185.5 million on keno in Nebraska in fiscal year 2010, which ended June 30.
That's a 9.7 percent drop from the previous fiscal year -- or $18 million less statewide.
