LAWRENCE, KS - It's been more than 2 years since smoking has been banned in bars, restaurants and most indoor workplaces, and the question of legality is now going before the Kansas Supreme Court. One businessman believe the law is unconstitutional and supersedes state law which requires business owners to offer smoke-free areas, but doesn't forbid smoking in general within their establishments. No date has been set yet.
