Judge lifts restraining order on smoking ban

FRANKFORT, KY - Franklin Circuit Judge Thomas Wingate lifted the temporary restraining order on the city's smoking ban, leaving some business owners unhappy. Wingate agreed with City Solicitor Robert Moore that a business owner couldn't be sure of the impact the smoking ban could have on its sales until its been in place for some time.
