ILLINOIS - With over 30 communities enforcing their own smoking bans, legislators are introducing a bill to create a single ban which would apply to the entire state. Many business owners are upset because, while their business is banned from smoking, a competitor in a nearby community which is considered exempt, is benefitting.  Read more from Illinois
