The Wall Street Journal online, he comments on the 326-102 vote in the House that would permit the FDA to regulate tobacco.
But before the White House can veto the bill, it has to make it through the Senate. And though the Senate bill has 56 co-sponsors (including McCain and Obama), it's not clear whether the Senate could muster enough votes to override a veto, the WSJ notes.
