Goshen, IN enacts smoking ban

GOSHEN, IN - Public smoking is now prohibited in the City of Goshen, Indiana. As per the newly enacted smoking ban, business owners must adhere to regulating smokers' activities within their establishments. Currently, the ban allows for exemptions, but that is part of a debate and may be withdrawn altogether if the group "Clean Air Elkhart" has its way. Read more from Indiana
