Banned from adopting childrenA DAD has been banned from fostering children for smoking TWO cigars in 18 MONTHS - nowhere near his family home.

Paul Baker and wife Clare were told by a council they would not be able to provide a home for a vulnerable youngster because Paul had the cigars at a wedding and work do.

The couple - who already have four children - have slammed "politically correct" council officials.

Clare, 34, raged: "It is a joke. This is political correctness gone mad and when the council has policies like that, there is just no hope of giving children a chance.
