OXFORD, MISS - U.S. District Court Judge Michael P. Mills cited "judicial economy and the risk of inconsistent judgments" for his decision to keep the
case, brought about by attorney Jason Shelton to have the smoking ban thrown out, in federal court. Judge Mills will begin hearing arguments at 10 a.m., November 9th, 2006 at the federal courthouse in Oxford.
