WASHINGTON, D.C. - Now that the public smoking ban applies to Washington, D.C. bars & nightclubs, owners are concerned about the potential to lose patrons to neighboring Virginia establishments. Currently, smoking is still allowed in the ornate Speaker's Lobby and in the offices of senators and representatives, but that may soon change if Nancy Pelosi follows through with their inclusion in the ban, as she has suggested.
