Louisville, KY - Metro Council Democratic Caucus Chairman Jim King proposed a plan which would serve as a compromise for people on both sides of the smoking ban. Currently smoking is allowed in certain Louisville bars & restaurants, but that is expected to change. King's proposal would eventually reach the same outcome, but over the course of 4 years. What is meant to be a compromise has clearly displeased supporters from both sides. Read more from Louisville at
