DENVER, CO - Joining Las Vegas and Atlantic City,
Colorado is considering a proposal to ban smoking at its casinos. Currently, the casinos are exempt from the current ban which prohibits smoking from most public places including bars & restaurants. A few additional proposals to the already-established ban are being considered. One would exempt Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the other would allow smoking lounges in nursing homes.
