LOUISVILLE, KY --Since a Louisville smoking ban went into effect in July, the health department has issued more than 120 citations, but some businesses continue to ignore it.
One business has been cited 23 times for fines of $7,000 but has not paid a cent.
The owner of another business said he doesn't bother to enforce the ban because he thinks it is unconstitutional and several owners are fighting it in court. More...
