A Texas city questions the enforceability of a proposed smoking ban.

Questions have arisen with regard to a proposed ban on smoking in bars and restaurants. While residents are showing concern over whether the ban is enforceable,  Councilman Don Murray's concern is for people being "nitpicky" and focusing on what he refers to as "trivial details."
