The House State Affairs Committee will hold a public hearing on House Bill 5, sponsored by longtime anti-tobacco advocate Rep. Myra Crownover, will be heard in the State Affairs
Committee April 28, 2009. Presently HB5 has no exemptions.
IPCPR encourages all retailers, customers and others to attend this important hearing:
