The focus at Frank's restaurant is *taste*—not the *smell* of secondhand smoke..
The Roanoke county restuarant—and it's six other locations—went smoke-free nearly a month ago.
Management snuffed out smoking after customers complained that the non-smoking section didn't make a difference in such a small space.
Katie Earles, a manager, says "They'd come in, the smell is so strong then you know they don't want to sit here and eat food with the cigarette smoke piling around them."
