Miami, FL - On July 9, 2009,
Miami Cigar & Company will celebrate their 20th Anniversary. It is an occasion when its founders, the Miranda family, can look back on two decades of progress and accomplishment, as well as success. Many of their employees have worked there for the better part of the twenty years, and feel as much a part of the company's success as its proprietors.
Like all anniversaries, corporate or personal, there is always much to look back on; lessons learned; joyous events; advances in business, etc. Miami Cigar & Company will be doing that...but not very much of it. They are not reviewing the past twenty years; they are planning and beginning to execute the next 20 years.
"Our focus on our existing products has been in preparation for this next twenty years, augmented by many new, extraordinary and outstanding cigar lines," said Rene Cataneda, Managing Director and National Sales Manager for Miami Cigar & Company. "They will become the new hallmarks of our emphasis on quality and excellence."
"Nestor Miranda Special Selection, 601, and Cubao, all have traditionally excellent craftsmanship in common," Castaneda added. "Superbly grown tobaccos and 'nursery' like care in their aging, packing and shipping. If Miami Cigar & Company is about anything – it is about attention to detail."
The anniversary will not go uncelebrated, either. The company is planning a series of in-store events that will take place at major Tobacconists, in a variety of cities over the next eight months: March through November. In-store events are always scheduled, and will continue with an addded element of celebration at all of them. However; these eight, focused, 20th Anniversary Celebrations will feature special guests, special products, special activities and gifts-with-purchase.
The 20 year celebration will culminate in Miami, FL at a grand event, at a special venue. All-in-all, it will be a celebration of those cigar smokers who enjoy MC&C products; a celebration of their Tobacconist customers; a celebration of the ‘art' of cigar smoking...a celebration of life. £
