General Cigar made the official, star studded American Music Award after-party even hotter.
Macanudo,
Cohiba,
Partagas,
Punch and
La Gloria Cubana cigars were enjoyed by some of the biggest names in the music biz at the makeshift Club Macanudo lounge. Thanks to a special permit given to the sexy
cigar lounge, it's no surprise that in LA, the rock stars were puffing away. We're not big on name dropping, but you should have seen who was there smoking our cigars!
General Cigar has accomplished the impossible – coverage on The Today Show! Club Macanudo will be featured on the December 10th edition of the top rated morning show. The Club was used as a location for a piece which profiles a 30-something Harvard grad living in NYC. You guessed it...is favorite spot is Club Macanudo. Speaking of Club Macanudo, we're sworn to secrecy for a little while longer, but more about an upcoming Coen Brothers movie that was shot in the Club. In this case, we're going to name drop away.
General Cigar also lit up the NFL Alumni Association Fundraiser in NYC. The NFL's most decorated alumni gathered earlier this month in New York City to help raise funds for their dire needs fund which assists former players with football-related injuries. General Cigar was there to support the cause by providing cigars for the evening. Many a retired player smoked our Cohibas and talked of their glory days in the gridiron.
Finally, there's nothing like enjoying a cigar while driving with the top down. It's one of the reasons why General Cigar's presence was such a hit at the South Florida debut of Aston Martin's highly anticipated V8 Vantage Roadster, their newest convertible. An array of our top brands were sampled to South Florida's luxury auto-driving elite. Now that's what we call a match made in heaven. £
