Security and Cuban cigars don't mix in the United States. They're illegal here, and the underground trade's finding it harder than ever to get the precious cargo into the country. 
Homeland Security limits on cargo have caused Cuban cigar shippers to find it much more difficult to send their products to the US from Europe. They used to be easier to sneak in aboard cargo planes, but not anymore.
