The Toraño Family Cigar Company is excited to inform you that the family’s new cigar brands, “Single Region” and “Master by Carlos Torano” are hitting the store shelves this October. After much anticipation by both consumers and the trade, no one is more excited than the Toraño family to finally make these
cigars available at your local cigar retail store.
Borrowing the idea from single-vineyard wines and micro-lot coffee, Single Region is a unique cigar concept. The cigar
blend (
binder and filler) is made from tobacco grown exclusively in a small farm called “El Estero” in the northern-most region of Nicaragua called Jalapa. The blend offers a rich and flavorful smoke that is complemented by a subtle sweetness which highlights the particular characteristics of this region. The cigar is available in a 5 x 52
Robusto, a 6 x 54
Toro Grande, and a 7 x 48
Churchill.
The family is also launching Master by Carlos Toraño. This cigar is collaboration between Charlie Toraño and master roller Felipe Sosa. Felipe has been working with the Toraño family for over a decade and has rolled cigars for Toraño rolling events throughout the U.S. This cigar is bold and robust and offers an intense core of spice and pepper, making this a full bodied smoke. It will be available in a 5 x 50 Robusto, 6 ¼ x 52
Torpedo, and a 7 x 50 Churchill.
The release of these two new cigars will coincide with tasting events scheduled throughout the United States. For more information visit Torano Family Cigars on the web.
