During the last few years, I've said some nice things about the Carnival Cruise Line and its policy towards cigar smokers. Certain classes of ships actually have dedicated cigar bars, such as Winston's (named after Winston Churchill) on the Carnival Valor. Captain Scala on the Carnival Destiny even hosted a cigar party on the Lido deck. However, times are changing...story continues here
