Miami, FL -- As National Nestor Miranda Cigar Day, Friday, 12 June, nears, Rene Castaneda, Miami Cigar & Company Vice President announced that there will be twenty events, throughout the country, that will be attended by Miami Cigar regional representatives.
Those tobacconists are listed on www.nestormirandacigars.com. Just click "Event Locations." Promotional material, at the individual tobacconists, will provide the information as to the hours of the event.
"Nestor and I," said Castaneda, "will be at Sabor Havana, at 2600 87th Avenue, Doral, FL (305.436.8860) to share the occasion with our friends, Aquiles Legra and Jorge Valdes and all of their customers.
In addition, Castaneda outlined the promotional program for the day, which includes:
- Purchase any two (2) Nestor Miranda Special Selection cigars and get (1) "Coffee Break" (4.5" x 50) gratis. This represents a $6.50 value
- Purchase one (1) box of Nestor Miranda Special Selection cigars and get ten (10) "Coffee Break" gratis AND One Year VIP Membership in Cigar Rights of America (a $35.00 value), paid for by Miami Cigar & Company
"We believe that building membership in Cigar Rights of America is the only way those of us who enjoy cigars can mitigate the onslaught of additional taxes and draconian anti-smoking regulations. Therefore, Miami Cigar & Company is making every effort to enhance the membership of CRA," Nestor Miranda said at a meeting of all the Regional Sales Representatives who are conducting the individual events.
This is a first time ever event comprising twenty (20) traditional in-store events plus four hundred and eighty (480) one day promotions – for a total of five hundred (500) Authorized Dealers participating.
"Of course, I am not able to meet and greet everyone, but, we will all be enjoying the moment together," added Nestor Miranda.
At Sabor Havana Nestor Miranda will be joined by Glynn Loope, Executive Director of Cigar Rights of America, Bernie Schaked, and Founder & CEO of Schakolad Chocolate Factory.
Schakolad will manufacture the Nestor Miranda Collection chocolates, created for nibbling with fine cigars. These chocolates will be extremely high in cocoa content. Presidente Dominican Beer, Ron Barcelo Imperial Rum and Puro FairTrade Coffee will also be served at the event. Additionally, music, food, dominos and several items, including Nestor Miranda Collection Special Selection domino tables, will be raffled off.
At the personal request of Nestor Miranda, Gary J. Arzt will be the emcee for the day.
