(EASTON, PA) -- A beta test for CigarSniper.com (www.cigarsniper.com), a new penny auction website for premium cigars, will take place on Friday, October 21 from 10 AM through Monday, October 24 at 6 PM (ET). All cigar smokers are invited to participate in testing the mettle of the site.
