Nashville, TN - Leading imported premium cigar manufacturer, CAO, was awarded a '90' ("OUTSTANDING") rating for its CAO The Sopranos(SM) Edition "Associate" cigar in the April issue of
Cigar Aficionado magazine, widely heralded as the ultimate authority on premium cigars.
Last year, CAO The SopranosSM Edition Associate made the distinguished list of "The Best Cigars of 2005," as selected by Cigar Aficionado. In the April 2007 Cigar Aficionado, the Associate received the second-highest rating in the world and outscored such legendary Cuban brands as Cohiba, Bolivar and Montecristo. The Associate was lauded as an "...attractive, oily robusto…sweet in character, leaving nutmeg and cinnamon flavors on the palate." Launched in August 2005, CAO The SopranosSM Edition marked the first time that HBO® has officially licensed a cigar to be made to commemorate the award-winning television series, The Sopranos®. In the same issue, the CAO Gold Corona garnered a very respectable '88' ("EXCELLENT") rating, ranking above both the Cohiba Silgo II Tubo (CUBA) and the Bolivar Corona (CUBA).
Packaged in 20 count boxes, CAO The SopranosSM Edition is available in three shapes: Associate (5" x 52), Soldier (6" x 54), and Boss (7" x 56). For more information on CAO The SopranosSM Edition, please visit CAO's official website. £
