Fort Lauderdale, FL - Altadis U.S.A. and Tatuaje Cigar, Inc. jointly announced today that they have reached a mutually beneficial agreement resolving recent trademark disputes.

The confidential agreement dismisses all related actions pending in California and Florida. Both parties are pleased to have the issues resolved and look forward to focusing on their respective businesses.
