DANIA, FL – Last month a new heavyweight champion appeared in Las Vegas. No, it wasn't Wladimir Klitschko, but you're not far off. The heavyweight in question was the Prensado Double T, the newest edition to the critically-acclaimed Alec Bradley Prensado cigars selection. Weighing-in at an ambitious 6 inches long by 62 gauge ring, the Double T made its official debut at this year's International Premium Cigar & Pipe Retailers (IPCPR) Annual Convention in Las Vegas.
Released in 2009, Prensado was Alec Bradley's first traditionally-pressed edition and the most full-bodied in their stable. The line leapt out of the starting gate and quickly earned a 93 rating in Cigar Insider, plus a seat in Cigar Aficionado's Top 25 Cigars of 2010.

wrapper leaf. This exquisite leaf, harvested in 2006, was fermented and aged through mid-2008. The result is a leaf with a tawny Cubanesque look and soft leathery feel.
Due to its unique shape, the Prensado Double T offers a big salvo of potent, yet ultra-creamy and naturally sweet tobacco flavors that build to a rich, complex and highly aromatic smoke. Notes of espresso and an ample amount of spice are revealed in the mid and latter stages.
When asked why the company decided to add this new size to the Prensado cigars line, Alec Bradley President, Alan Rubin said: “Big ring gauge cigars are very popular right now, and the Double T is going to give them all a run for their money! This cigar is big, bold and full of flavor. We feel it complements the Prensado line perfectly."
The Prensado Double T is presented in boxes of 20 cigars with a suggested retail price of $12.00 per cigar.
