So, your city has passed a no-smoking ban. Meeting down at the local saloon for a good cigar is now a thing of the past, right? Not necessarily. Believe it or not, despite NYC's rigid smoking law, there are still a few pubs nestled among The Big Apple's skyscrapers where you can puff on a puro in peace. The same goes for Philadelphia, which last year initiated its own city-wide smoking ban.
