Q. Can you put those new humi pouches in a humidor instead of using water?

A. Yes, but I wouldn't recommend it as a permanent solution. The packs only last so long and you'll just have to keep replacing them. For a travel humidor, I think they're aces, but if you want to age your cigars properly it would be best to choose an appropriate humidifier and let the box season naturally. It will be a lot less maintenance in the long run.
